The following gives a little background on Springbrooke
We are located in the eastern area of the city of Centerville near the intersection of SR 725 and Wilmington Pike South in the 45459-5178 zip code. From our location there is easy access to exits 4 and 7 of Interstate 675.
Our community is a 25 acre complex that was designed and developed by Tamarron Corporation, a division of the Hickey Building Company.
The first completed units were added to our Association in January 1996 and the final units were added in May 2000.
There are 14 structures composed of 3 attached units, and 21 detached units giving our association a membership of 63 property owners.
The units are one and two story frame construction on slabs with vinyl siding and asphalt roofs. All units have a two (2) car attached garage.
