Carlton Model
The Carlton is an attached two story dwelling with the first floor containing a kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and an entry way. There was no bonus space option offered for this model. The upper level has a master bedroom and bath, a second bedroom and bath, a loft, and a laundry room. This model was only offered as a center attached unit. There were three (3) built.
