Monthly COA Fees - Percent Of Interest (POI) Values
The POI associated with a particular type of model is used to establish the Monthly COA (Condominium Owners Association) Fee associated with a unit. When w/Br is appended to a model it indicates that the model was offered with an optional bonus room that increased the POI associated with those units built with that option. The POI values are based upon the PAR Value assigned to a specific unit when it was added to the Association. These PAR values were filed as part of the Association's Declaration document filed with the Montgomery County Recorder's Office.
