You are asked to submit the following forms to Register your Pet, Reserve the Clubhouse, or Request any Exterior Changes to your unit. Information about the use of these forms may also be found in the Springbrooke community handbook of rules, responsibilities and information.  They may be downloaded from this web site or obtained from our local Towne Properties office.

Register Your Pet  Download Form  
Pet ownership must adhere to the rules described in the condo declaration and community handbook and all pets must be registered. Mail the completed form to Towne Properties. A new form must be completed with any change in pet ownership.  

Reserving the Clubhouse Download Form
To rent the clubhouse for an event, complete the reservation form and return it to Towne Properties along with the rental fee and deposit.  Note that reservation of the clubhouse does NOT include use of the pool, which must remain open to all residents at all times.

Requesting Exterior Unit Changes Download Form
The cost of maintaining buildings is shared by all owners in a condominium association.  Any desired exterior modifications to the physical structures and grounds requires approval from the Springbrooke Board of Directors using the Architectural and Landscape Improvement form. Some examples of exterior unit modifications that require approval include, but are not limited to:

  • Exterior unit light fixtures may be replaced, but only with black fixtures.

  • Storm/screen doors may be added to your unit or existing ones replaced.

  • Satellite dishes may be installed but must adhere to Springbrooke’s satellite dish installation policy.  

  • Patio awnings may be installed or replaced.

  • Landscaping in your limited common area may be altered.  (Note that alteration of common area landscaping is prohibited.)

For the above alterations or any other unit alterations please complete the form with all of the requested information and send it to the Towne Properties office.
