Board Meetings

All Board of Director meetings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month from April through November. The Association Annual Meeting is held on the first Tuesday of May. See this year's planned meeting schedule below. Changes to dates and times to Board meetings are sometimes made to accommodate the schedules of Board members or management.

If an Owner wishes the Board to consider a particular issue or request outside of normal day-to-day maintenance, he must submit it in writing to management. It will be added to the agenda of the next regularly-scheduled Board meeting, where it will be reviewed and resolved, if possible. The Owner will be notified of the Board’s resolution, or of any need for additional information if a decision cannot immediately be made. In the winter months (December, January, and February) when the Board does not meet, any Owner requests will be handled via e-mail communication. Note that when the Board conducts business via e-mail, their decisions must be unanimous.
